Shanghai rolls and Dynamite

This is the most satisfying finger food you’ll ever make in your own grill and feels like you eat outside. It’s affordable and easy to make. Combine it with your favorite wine and you will surely have a good dine.

Ingredients: (shanghai rolls)

  • Ground beef 
  • Carrot (diced)
  • Garlic (diced)
  • Onion (diced)
  • Spinach (if you don’t have parsley)
  • Shanghai rolls wrapper
  • 2 Eggs
  • Salt & pepper 
  • Cooking oil


Ground beef


Carrot diced it.


Spinach if you don’t have Parsley at home.


Spinach after I diced it.


Wrapper


Combine all the ingredients in a separate container.


Mix the container it should look like this.


Start wrapping

Folding process:


Fold the sides like this.


Fold the back edge.


Roll it and seal the tip with cooking oil.


Finish wrapping.

Procedure:

  1. In a separate container put in the ground beef.
  2. Follow the ground beef with diced onion,garlic,carrot and spinach if you don’t have parsley. 
  3. Break 2 eggs at the top so all the ingredients will stick together. Sprinkle some salt and pepper for the taste.
  4. Mix the bowl until all the ingredients spread on the whole ground beef.
  5. Start wrapping it.
  6. In a hot deep pan slow heat pour in some cooking oil enough to cover the bottom of the pan.
  7. Start frying the shanghai rolls. 
  8. When the shanghai rolls turn golden brown remove it from the heat and put it in a paper tower to absorb the excess oil.

Ready serve.

Dynamite

Ingredients:

  • Green chilli pepper (quartered)
  • Cheese (any kind of solid cheese)
  • Wrapper
  • Cooking oil


Cut the green chilli pepper into four (quartered). Remove the seeds.


Any kind of solid cheese that you have at home. Slice it to fit inside the green chilli pepper.


Wrapper cut it into half.


Cut the wrapper into half, triangle shape like this. Start wrapping.


Seal the tip with cooking oil.


Finish wrapping.

Procedure:

  1. Cut the green chilli pepper into quarter. Remove the seeds.
  2. Slice the solid cheese enough to fit inside the green chilli pepper that you cut.
  3. Start wrapping it.
  4. In a hot pan low heat pour in the cooking oil enough to cover the bottom of the pan.
  5. Start frying. Once the dynamite turns golden brown remove it away from heat and put it in a paper towel to absorb the excess oil.

Ready serve.
